T-Log Backupp in Transactional P2P Replicatoin

Can anyone please tell me what are the best practices for maintaining the T-log in transactional replication DB.(P2P)

Log backups have no real dependencies on replication as long as the log reader agent keeps running.

It is always a good idea to do frequent log backups to minimize VLF growth.
