READ COMMITTED SNAPSHOT

Question

Hi,

     1. How exactly READ COMMITTED SNAPSHOT Isolation works? And can any one give example for this isolation.

     2. As SQL SERVER supports 6 different isolation levels, can you please let me know apt business scenario  where each Isolation type will be used.
