Integrating Website with accounting software

Question

Hello Friends,

I have created an Ecommerce website using asp.net and sql server 2008; my question is I have to integrate my website with the OPERA II Accounting software;
How do I do that?
If I am integrating with OPERA II software do I have to write logic to calculate the price options and discounts as presently this is done with OPERA
How do I introduce the banking system; for credit card payments
