    Hi Abiona,

    SQL Server 2012 Developer edition have the same features with Enterprise edition. When we use SQL Server Setup, Master Data Services is available on the "Feature Selection" page under "Shared Features" pane. For more detail information about installing Master Data Services, please see:

    In addition, the MDS is supported on x64 operating systems only. For more information, please see:
