MDSTempDir & MDS_ServiceAccounts not installed during MDS installation

Hi,
I installed (only) MDS on a webserver, but apparently the MDSTempDir and the MDS_ServiceAccounts group were not installed.
This results in a warning in the configuration manager saying that I don't have sufficient permissions to configure IIS.
Does anyone have an idea why the MDSTempDir was not installed?
All the prerequisites concerning roles & features and other things are met. Thanks in advance
Tony

I'm sorry Elvis, but your response doesn't answer my question why these things are not installed.
As I'm not going to maintain this solution at the client (only build it) I don't want to use a workaround, I just want it to work and be configured properly.
This way my customer can afterwords use everything as it was intented to be used.
