Migrating MDS 2008 to MDS 2012-Business rules Pending

Question

Hi,

I have migrated MDS from 2008 to 2012.I'm having issues with business rules saying pending approval.When I publish them an erro comes up saying:'Database error ocurred.Please contact your database administrator'.

Any idea how to fix this?
