Extracting file from a published PowerPivot workbook

Hi,
this thread arises from a customer question.
After a PowerPivot workbook is published on SharePoint, is it possible to extract a file to allow to another user that must not access to SharePoint to work off-line with this extraction possibly without installing the PowerPivot add-in on the client?
I know that this a strange question but however I need to give an answer or some instructions about it.
Any ideas for me, please? Thanks

Hi pscorca,
It seems that you get a answer in the post below:

Thanks
