Side by Side error

Hi!
Ive got a problem with PowerPivot for SharePoint.
If a workbook is published to PowerPivot Gallery three buttoons appear. One of them is "Open New Workbook in Excel". After clicking a connection file will be downlaoded and Excel opens. In excel a connection window appears, but when Im clicking to connect to the model it doesnt work and occurs in the following error:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."
It would be very nice, if anyone could help me with this problem.

It happens when data connection fails.
Check this thread for possible solution to your problem.

I checked all things, but it didn´t solve the problem.
- Has it something to do with the installed provider?
- Which provider should Excel use to connect to the workbook stored in PowerPivot Gallery?
- Analyzing the error in control panel / event viewer shows this:
Microsoft.Analysis.Services.ChannelTransport,processorArchitectrue="MSIL",publicKeyToken="89845dcd8080cc91",version="11.0.0.0"
