Delete powerpivot folder from Powerpivotgallery

How do I delete a folder from PivotGallery

Hi Larra,

 

While in the PowerPivot Gallery, click on the SharePoint Ribbon's tab "Library". You will see a "Current View" drop down that should be displaying "Gallery". Change it to "All Documents". By doing so you will see the PowerPivot Gallery as a regular SharePoint document library, so you can add and delete folders as you would in SharePoint.

Another thing that you can do, which I find more user friendly, is that if you have the workbook (or folder) selected in the gallery, you can perform actions in that workbook (or folder) like delete, check out, create new folder, etc, by using SharePoint's Ribbon at the Documents tab.

Hi Mariano,

 

I just created a Power Pivot gallery its working fine but suddenly when I switch to the Gallery view, I am not able to see the Document and Library tab on the ribbon for edit purpose. Theater and Carousel view is working fine with all the option. Only problem is with Gallery View.

Can you help?
