PowerPivot workbook with Thai data on sharepoint is corrupt after success Data Refresh

Question

Any bodies have issues same me for PowerPivot workbook with Thai data (non-English data) will corrupt after schedule data refresh on Sharepoint PowerPivot Gallery?

My system is PowerPivot SQL 2008 R2 on Sharepoint 2010 SP1, all features install in one server. 

For PowerPivot on Excel can refresh Thai data with out error.

My team found this KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028769, It's look like similar my issues.

Any bodies use this KB to fix and effected of this KB.

Please help to share your effected.
