PowerPivot in Sharepoint Data Refresh

Hi Guys,
I've reviewed other posts on this forum about data refresh issues, however dont see one with my issue.
I have a 200mb excel 2010 document using powerpivot. I've added it to my PowerPivot Gallery and configured data refresh.
According to the refresh history, it shows all Ticks, and legitimate time frames for what the refreshes should take.
The issue is, that if I view the sheet, (i've tried all the refresh options there), in the gallery, i dont see new data at all.
I did a download, and when it arrived, the download was indeed missing all the new data.
So what we have is a data refresh that runs for the right amount of time, shows success on every level, but doesn't add the data to the workbook in sharepoint. How can i fix this?

Hi Charles,
Generally, we can view data refresh history to check status for all PowerPivot workbooks. Here are some articles for your reference, please see:
View Data Refresh History: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee210622
Verify Data Refresh: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee210651.aspx#drverifyIn your case, you can try to redeploy the workboos to the SharePoint site to see if this help.
