Wednesday, November 18, 2009 8:38 PMCould you check File - Options - Add Ins and see if Microsoft.AnalysisServices.Modeler.FieldList.Addin.Integration is listed as an active Add In?

Ok, could you try to enable it? Select "Disabled Items" in the dropdown at the bottom and press Go to get a list of disabled items (in the Add In dialog).

Wednesday, November 18, 2009 9:04 PMIt's not at the disabled items, It's at the inactive items. When i go to Com Addins and check the "Microsoft.AnalysisService.Modeler.Fieldlist.Addin.Integration" nothing happens. But when i go to the Com Addins a second time a message "Not Loaded. The managed add-in loader failed to initialize."I run on Server 2008 with SP2 on Excel x86.

Have you installed the prereqs like .NET Framework 3.5 SP1?
Is .NET Programmability Support installed for Excel (Add/Remove Programs / Change Office 2010 / check under Excel)?

Based on the error message you are seeing, I believe you have only installed Excel when you installed office. For Office Beta 2 / PowerPivot CTP3, you need to also install Office Shared Tools feature when you install Office. You should:
1. Uninstall PowerPivot
2. Uninstall Office
3. Reinstall Office, specifying at least Excel + Office Shared Tools
4. Reinstall PowerPivot
