PowerPivot Installation problem

Question

After reading a few forum I do not seem to find a solution to my problem. PowerPivot does not show on Excel.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

I have installed the solfware as follows:
- Office 2010 Professional Plus 32bit

- vstor40_x64  (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20479)
    first, I did try to install vstor40_x86 however Windows does not allow it.

- PowerPivot_for_Excel_x86.msi (version 11.0.2100.60)
    The 64bit can not be installed

When Opening Excel 2010>Add-in it shows on the desactive list of add-ins.
What are doing wrong?

Hi there,

NET 4 was the elephantin the room.

I though it did installed but it was not there.
