(SOLVED) FTP constantly failing

Question

I've used the FTP connection manager without an issue several times.  I am now using it with a new server & it only works a fraction of the time.  At first, I figured the server was awful.  But every time it fails, I immediately attempt to log in with FileZilla & it connects me every time in spite of the SSIS failure.

My settings in the FTP Connection Manager are:

Time-out (in seconds): 60

Use Passive mode: Yes

Retries: 100

Chunk size (in KB): 1

It seems to me that this is already as lenient as I can make it.  Is there anything else I can do to assure that the file is uploaded?

Nevermind.  'StopOnFailure' was set to true.  I set it to false & it works.  It takes a few more seconds than it should, but that's fine.  It probably is just an awful server.
