Hi Lakshmi, it looks like the screenshot was not attached. Can you supply the error message and the contents of the summary.txt file from the SQL Server logs?
Thanks,
Sam Lester (MSFT)

Interesting, you are hitting an OS requirement block, which should have prevented the initial install. Did you happen to install SQL Server 2012 and then later upgrade your OS by chance? One possible workaround would be to install the latest Windows OS Service Pack and then you should be able to uninstall SQL Server.
Thanks,

So to clarify, you ran SQL Server install at the same time you were upgrading your OS Service Pack level? What OS version and SP level do you currently have on the machine?
Thanks,

Hi LAKSHIMI,
Thanks for update.
Did you encounter the same error when you tried the way which Ahmed suggested? Base on your description, you have applied SP1 for Windows 7 and also uninstalled one instance successfully. Maybe you can reboot your machine then give it a try again. For more details, please refer to this article: Uninstall an Existing Instance of SQL Server (Setup).

Hi LAKSHMI,
Thank you for updating.
This situation seems very strange. Could you please try to uninstall the SP1 for Windows 7, and then reinstall it once again? For more details, please refer to this article: How to uninstall Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1). After that, try to uninstall SQL Server 2012.
