Postgres SQL Database Server Connectivity Problem

Dear Sir/Madam;

We have purchased Microsoft Windows Product Academic to our school recently and installed windows 7 professional in all machines. After the installation of Windows we have installed our database program called "Postgres SQL Database Server 8.3". And then we are trying to open the application but it is displaying a pop-up like (an error has occured: in description "error connecting to the server. received invalid response to SSL negotiation), this database we are using to maintane our school's all kinds of accounts and due to this problem we are facing a problem.

So please help us to overcome of this issue and let us to work without any kind of interruptions.

This is a Microsoft SQL Server forum. You may get better answer at the Postgres websites, forums. As Postgres is not a Microsoft product your support is really limited by Microsoft and forum members here.
