does installing SQL SERVER 2008 R2 Express with advanced services also include SSAS and SSIS functionality?

The SQL server express edition with advanced tools only includes reporting. Not SSIS. SQL Serverv dev edition is actually pretty cheap ($50).

SQL Server is available in an Evaluation edition for a 180-day trial period.  If you decide you want to continue using it after 180-days, it costs only $50 per license!!!
