CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'

Question

Hello All

 

I have SQL 2005 Express Edition instaled on Windows Vista w/ SP1. the installtion went perfectly. But now when I go to create a database I recieve this message "CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error:262)" can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong. I have installed this on Windows 2003 server and never had a problem. Is it vista thats causing the issue?
