Hi Dacrowlah,
Please see this blog: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlphp/archive/2011/10/14/announcing-microsoft-sql-server-odbc-driver-for-linux.aspx
It has mentioned that we will be showcasing Microsoft SQL Server ODBC Driver for Linux along with our Java and PHP solutions for SQL Server and Azure at PASS conference session “[AD-211-M] Developing Multi-Platform Applications for Microsoft SQL Server and Azure”
You can download a powerpoint for this session from: http://www.sqlpass.org/summit/2011/Speakers/CallForSpeakers/SessionDetail.aspx?sid=1906
Best Regards,
Iric

Hi Iric,
Thanks for your response, however I'm not sure what question you were trying to answer.. my post was more informational than anything. I wasn't able to find any information on getting the SQL Server driver to work with PHP - I wrote a blog post that details the steps for doing so.

Hi everyone,
To clarify, we currently do not have a PHP driver on Linux, so this post is still valuable for customers wishing to utilize the standard ODBC APIs to connect to SQL Server.
I want to thank Dacrowlah for experimenting with this, looking forward to seeing if you run into any other issues?
Thanks,
Jonathan
