I love SSDT. I'm writing a book on SQL Server for MS Press, and SSDT is Chapter 1. I am evangelizing SSDT at user groups and Visual Studio Live conferences. I congratulate the team for a great job. But having said all that, here are two things missing in CTP3 that I think really need to ship in RTM.
1) FileTable - You can't see them in SSDT, only SSMS! Brand new feature, but you can't use the brand new tool to work with it!
2) Spatial Viewer - If you rely on this feature, you'll still be toggling between VS and SSMS for spatial development.
We also need the features missing from DbPro (data dude), so SSDT can completely replace it. But that can wait for after RTM. Please MS, get these two in for RTM (there may be more, but these 2 are what I've come across so far).

1) File table has been added to CTP4
2) Spatial result visualization will not happen for the SQL Server 2012 RTM release, I hope we can reconcile this soon after.
