Add Current User button error on distributed replay server

Question

Clicking the Add Current User button on a Win7 VM not on any domain, and running setup under WIN7\OtherAdmin, setup crashed with the following error. Oh well. Will just skip installing distributed replay...

I had the same issue last night, while I was trying to install SQL Server 2012 RC0. I have no idea what would be the workaround or solution, so I restarted the installation and while feature selection, I did not choose the 2 components related to distributed replay Server and the installation was fine..
