Project Crescent Error - Data extension type not valid for this operation

I have installed a new Denali / SharePoint 2010 environment and I'm trying to create a new report in Project Crescent. I have two Win2K8 SP1 VM's. One with Denali CTP3 with a default instance for the Database Engine and Multi-dimensional SSAS and a named instance for Tabular SSAS. The second server has SharePoint 2010 SP1 and I have installed Denali CTP3 PowerPivot for SharePoint as well as Denali CTP3 SQL Server Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode. I have a BI Center site with a Reports library associated with the Report Builder Report content type and Report Data Sources Library with the Report Builder Data Source and Report Builder Model content types. I also have a PowerPivot Gallery.
I have sucessfully deployed both the Tabular and Multi-dimensional models for Adventure Works Denali CTP3 to their respective SSAS instances and can browse them both. I have also uploaded a PowerPivot model built in PowerPivot for Excel Denali CTP3 to my PowerPivot Gallery and I can view it in the browser.
In my Report Data Sources library, I have created three data sources. One for the MD Adventure Works model, one for the Tabular Adventure Works model, and one for the PowerPivot model. All three receive "Connection Successful" when testing them from the data source properties panel in SharePoint.
I am trying to build a Project Crescent report on any of the three data sources. When I click "Create "Crescent" Report" next to any of the data sources I get an error similar to:
"The current action cannot be completed. The data extension type for data source 'http://servername/Report Data Sources/AdventureWorksOLAPTabular.rsds' is not valid for this operation."
Any pointers in the right direction to resolve this would be appreciated.

The Reporting Services data extension type for Crescent Reports in the RSDS must be "Microsoft Business Intelligence Semantic Model" - this is the last item in the data source type drop down list in CTP3. Once you change it to that data source type, you should be able to create a Crescent report from it.

That was it...thanks!
I can now connect to both the Tabular model and the PowerPivot model but not the Multidimsional model. Is there a step that I need to take to "build" a BISM model that Crescent can connect to for MD?

Crescent produces DAX queries. Currently only tabular models support DAX queries. Multidimensional models don't at this point.
