Change the Order of Attributes in MDS 2012

Question

On the below link it describes how to change the order of attributes. Step 5 mentions "click the up arrow or the down arrow to change its order". I don't have any Arrows in the UI to click and using the arrows on my keyboard only cycles through the attributes, it doesn't change their order. Is this a bug in MDS? Or am I missing something obvious?

Hi

I actually see the arrows to move the attributes, and when I hover over them I get a tool tip indicating the functionality. But when I try to exectue it, I arrive at an error screen saying "An unknown error occured."
