Error the workspace database is not running in vertipaq mode

Question

Hi all I want to try create solution of Analysis Services tabular project on SQL Denali, i found error message : " You cannot open the BIM file. Reason : The workspace database server 'localhost' is not running in vertipaq mode "

how to fix it

When you work in tabular mode your local server needs to be installed in tabular mode. To determine the mode your server is installed in please check the following link:

In case you have another instance than default instance in tabular mode you change the workspace database instance by following the instructions here:
