Domain values limitation

Hi All,

I have created KB with one Domain which has around 10000+ domain values ,out of  which there are 5000 invalid .when i mapped same domain to  my table column for  validation in SSIS ,it misses some row for validation and given blank status in output even thought the domain  values exist for those rows for correction ,I have tried from different size batched ,if i sent 1001 row for validation it skips 1001th row ,when i passes 2001 rows it skips 1001 th and 2001 th row.this might change depending on row passed.

do dqs process  data with batches ? if yes what is  batch size and from wher to change it  ?
