1 domainrule for 2 columns

In DQS I want make an domainrule which control is over 2 columns.
For example; when the value in column X begins with '1234' then is the value in column Y 'Water'. If not; that's an error.
An Combined Domainrule(CD) I think is not the right answer on the question. You can link the CD almost on one column.
Who has an idea how I can make this rule in DQS?

Yes, that is possible using composite domains.

My problem was that I want choose de composite domain (by he source columns) but there you must choose the normal domain and than you see step 7 that DQS signaled it by itself that he must use de composite domain.
