Difference between 2 dates without having the weekends and after buisness hours included in it

I Have table which has "Registered Timestamp" and "Closed Timestamp" from a HP Quality Centre. I need a query to calculate the total hours worked between the two timestamp where the hours should include business working hours i.e.from 08:00-17:00 and weekends should not be included
