I am new to data mining, I need to know what are the tools used in the presentation layer.

Is there a way to present the models other than in Excel and Visio?

Any suggestion?

Sure. You could write your own custom app as a webpage or as a windows app using .Net. There are some nice examples on www.SQLServerDataMining.com
