Sequence Algorithm

Hello every body

Are "Sequence algorithm"  and "sequence clustering algorithm"  are the same  or not.if not please  tell me about Sequence algorithm in data mining.

 I've never heard of Sequence Algorithm, and based on my research there is only Microsoft Sequence Clustering Algorithm - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms175462
