Unanswered Problem with Excel TAT Cloud plugin

Hi!  I'm using the Excel Table Analysis Tools for the Cloud data mining plugin, and I'm having a problem with the Highlight Exceptions function.   Here's how to replicate it:
    1. Create a new blank spreadsheet.
    2. Across the top, add columns for Id, Attribute1, Attribute2, Attribute3, etc, through Attribute32.
    3. Put numbers 1 through 2000 in the ID column.
    4. Add random data in all of the attributes.  I just used =rand() in those cells, and then did copy, paste special, values.  That way the numbers wouldn't keep changing.
    5. Format the range as a table.
    6. Click Highlight Exceptions.  The ID field will be unchecked, that's fine - click Run.
It sends the data to the cloud server, but then I get an error:

"An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://131.107.181.99/CloudDM/TATServices/OutlierDetection.svc.  This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol.  This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details."
The other data mining functions appear to work right, but just not this one.  Thanks!

Any answers on this?  I'm now getting that same error when I even just do a Detect Categories report.
