SQL Server 2005 + JDBC Driver 2.0 + IBM WAS 7.0

Question

hi,
 In my project, application server has been upgraded from WAS 6.1 to WAS 7.0 and in the process it has been observed that few SQL Server related functionalities are not working. So i try to upgrade the JDBC driver(SQLJdbc.jar) from V1.1 to V2.0 by downloading from msdn. Is there any thing needs to be installed on SQL Server 2005 end to use the V2.0 drivers.

What functionality is missing?

Are the missing functionalities XA related?  If so, then you may not have properly updated the XA DLL on the SQL Server side.  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa342335(SQL.90).aspx documents the setup steps.
