How to know Connect String for a SQL server 2008 database

Hi,

I have to create one Informatica relational connection with ODBC relational type.

So whenever creating it will ask Connect string for the SQL server database.

I have Server name, its credentials and database name.

Here, how to know/create that Connect String?
