SQL Server 2012 backup

Hi, 

Any idea if you can restore a SQL2012 backup .bak to a SQL 2008 server?

NO, you cannot restore the backup from  a higher version to a lower version, i.e. from 2012 to 2008... NO.

Try to create scripts of the database objects to transfer objects and data.
