Windows 2008 64bits but ODBC32bits txt,csv driver missing

Hello,

Searched everywhere and cannot find an answer for this particular issue. I have an app that needs the txt and csv driver. ODBC 64bit does not have this driver so it is recommended to use the 32 bit version from this location c:\windows\syswow64\odbcad32. But when I open this 32b version the only driver I see is MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver from the Driver tab. I'm not familiar with ODBC thus cannot find how to install the txt and csv driver. On the bottom of the Driver tab it says "To install new drivers, use the Driver's setup program". Where is this setup program. This is a Windows 2008 R2 64bits TS server. My other servers list the driver listing. I just do not know why this server does not.

Well, is your application 32bit or 64bit?

32bit and that is why I'm trying to use the 32bit ODBC but the drivers I need are not there. :'(

When I open c:\windows\syswow64\odbcad32 and go to User DSN tab, click Add, I should see a list of multiple drivers but on this server I only have  MySQL ODBC 3.51 driver available in the list. Why is the list empty and what can I do to add what I need like (*.txt; *CSV)?

This is the only option I have when trying to install a driver in the 32bit version. Anyway around this?
