    I do not write script so I expect easy and understandable answer to my question.

    I have installed Medscribbler software which uses SQL 2005 server to store data. I tried to import data using this software and it gives me "out of memory" error. Data file size is .5 GB and it has about 20 fields with 1600 raws. I am doing this with 1 GB RAM. I can import small files like 10 KB but when I try to import .5GB file it gives me an error.

    Again I do not write script but am trying to import data for Medscribbler program.

    Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Please, could you provide more informations about your problem ?

    - the full edition and version of your SQL Server

    - are you using Medscribbler to do the import of your data ? If you are using the Import/Export wizard of Microsoft, a moderator will move your thread ( with your agreement ) to the Integration Services  Forum or towards the SQL Server Express Forum  ( if your SQL Server is an Express edition )
