No membership stored procedure

Question

I recently uploaded visual web developer express 2012 edition After initializing aspnet database I noticed I have all the tables that were in the previous version. I used create wizard for registration but could not use it as it kept saying Cannot find schema version At first I thought I was probably missing some file then upon further digging I realized that the store procedures are missing, not a single stored procedure was uploaded.Now is this something  new or is this malfunction in my upload. What should I do.
