SQL Server Compact Toolbox add-in not showing with VS10?

Question

 Hi I installed SQL Server Compact Toolbox add-in with VS10, and then I restarted VS, but for some reason I don't see what I see in these pictures http://sqlcetoolbox.codeplex.com/  Thanks.

You do not have a icon in the Server Explorer? - can you start it from the Tools menu? assume you have VS 2010 Pro or higher?
