Tools for data entry for SqlCe Db

Question

Hi,

So far, I have been using VS2008 to create SQLCe Db.  However, I need to create pre-populated SqlCeDB for other tasks  for user. Understand windows 8 will be out in near future.

1)  Which development tools or Technology I should use to create Data Entry for SQL Ce DB on DeskTop PC for Windows 7 and windows 8 ?  appreciate any reference link or tutorial on this.

Understand WinForm and WPF will soon be phased out ( I am not sure), is there any development tools that has UI that allows to do Data Entry on SQL Ce DB?

2) It will be nice if someone can tell me if there is free tool that provides  Management tool AND Data Entry UI for SQLCeDb for creating Pre-populated Sqlce Db.
