"SQL Azure Compatibility Assessment" is released on Jan. 3rd

We are happy to announce the release of a new experimental cloud service, "SQL Azure Compatibility Assessment", as one of SQL Azure Labs. If you are considering moving your SQL Server databases to SQL Azure, you can use this assessment service to check if your database schema is compatible with SQL Azure grammar. This service is very easy to use and does not require Azure account. See the TechNet wiki for details.

Is the service "SQL Azure Compatibility Assessment" still available for use? i don't find the link working, if retired why?
