Where to find code samples for "SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services Step by Step" book?

I am reading SQL Server Analysis Services from "SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services Step by Step" book and I want to download the code samples for the same. Please tell me how I can do that?

Darren,

My CD has been misplaced and I need to download the samples urgently. Please let me know if there is some online link to download the samples. I have been searching the web for the same but have not found anything useful. Microsoft makes the source code available for most of the books that it publishes. I have downloaded samples from them in the past. However, I am stuck with this one.

That is the download for the old Analysis Servces 2000 Book not the 2005 version.
