Unanswered Installation in Windows 7: cabinet file is corrupt?

I just tried to install the Solver Foundation v3.0 on my Windows 7 computer, and got the error message "The cabinet file '[bunch of random all-caps letters]'  required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.  This could indicate a network error, an error from reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

I have tried re-downloading it, no luck.  I even tried the 32 bit version, and that didn't work either.  What's up?

Nope- unfortunately I ended up giving up on getting the Solver Foundation.  I'm using another library-http://metanumerics.codeplex.com/ - even though their minimization algorithm has a few (admitedly rare) bugs in my situation.  I expect those bugs will be fixed soon, though.
