This really is not an SB problem but the result is SB does not work.  If I try to start SB it does not fire up.  I can see it in the task manager using 50% of the CPU but that is it.  I know this is not a SB problem because the exact same thing happens when I try running Kodu or compile and run a Visual Basic project.  In all cases it is using 50% of the CPU.  In VB the IDE runs just fine, but when trying to open an existing project I get the following error

MSBuildToolsPath is not specified for the ToolsVersion "4.0"defined at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ToolsVersions\4.0", or the value specified evaluated to the empty string

I have a feeling it is related to SB not opening.

Anybody have any experience with this problem?

    Did you figure this out?

Try version 1.0. Make sure you have .Net Framework installed.

    Thanks!

I would first completely uninstall SB and then do the same to .NET. Then, get the SB setup and the .NET 3.5 SP1 setup off the internet and re-install (.NET first then SB). This should work. If not, please post back here and we will do our best to help.
