A program called Smallbasic already exists: http://smallbasic.sourceforge.net/

I think that you should change the name of the language, to avoid ambiguity.

BTW, I liked the idea to mix basic with logo (when I used QBasic, one of my first program was a library to implement turtle graphic)

Small Basic differs from SmallBASIC

By Microsoft standards it should be renamed.  Recall that Microsoft insisted the wxwindows open source project be renamed to wxwidgets.
