Windows 7 Update/boot screen

Sunday, August 05, 2012 11:10 AMHow come my hp installs updates from the boot screen, but my toshiba doesn't install updates until I log on. Both are running the same edition of windows 7, so how can this be? Can I change the way it installs updates?
