Setting the SocketClientAccessPolicyProtocol property from the wcf client proxy class generated from slsvcutil.exe?

I am re-posting this question again, but now in the correct forum.
Can I set the SocketClientAccessPolicyProtocol property from the wcf client proxy class generated from slsvcutil.exe for example?

If you use the NetTcp binding, it will always use port 80 to retrieve the policy file, and this is not configurable in SL4.
