exception when adding records to a domaincontext

hi, can anyone help me with these?

With what may be related to the following error? Where and what to look for?
Exception occurs when you try to add or delete a dataform:

QueryParameters cannot be changed when CanLoad is false.  Changing the QueryParameters initiates a load operation, and load operations are not permitted when CanLoad is false.  Controls that invoke load operations should be disabled when CanLoad is false.

On page three DomainDataSource are loaded from one DomainContext (static resource). Thesevary in DataForm.

Tell me please with what may be related to the problem.
