cannot get m/word tobe displayed.

Question

when i try to open microft word i get the following message

heading

problems during load

missing file data:application/x-silverlight 2

this is not allowing word to read various messages that should be displayed from other sites

help for a thikko please extreme novice have deleted silverlight 3 times and reloaded no joy

Can you explain more about what you are trying to do?  Are you doing some sort of Start=>All Programs => Microsoft Office => Microsoft Word operation?  Or are you double clicking on a particular word document?  Or are you trying to invoke word from code?  Or are you trying to open a word document that is streamed from a web site?  Or something else?

What action did you perform immediately before seeing the messages you have reported?

Do you literally see the word 'heading' or are you summarising some other information?

How does Word 'read various messages that should be displayed from other sites'?  Can you explain what this means?

Are you creating a Silverlight application or are you using an application that someone else has created?

Hi, I suggest you contact with Microsoft AutoRoute support. It is seems not an matter of Silverlight.
