why this can work: using the webSite namespace in SL APP

Question

I've just checked the SliverlightBusinessApplication, the LoginInfo.cs in SliverlightBusinessApplication's Models folder have this:

"using SliverlightBusinessApplication.Web.Resources;"

but how could this work? 　because We cann't quote website's namespace in SL, I don't understand.

Silverlight is N-Tier App so that they need strong type or abstrac class. That is Automatic generate code and the class belong to SL.
