RTSP functionality in HTTP

I understand that Silverlight will only support HTTP video for now. Will the functionality of RTSP be available in HTTP--specifically play from a point in time and pause?

Seeking and pausing is working, for example when streaming through HTTP from Windows Media Services. For better results you'd better to encode media with specific options for streaming - you can do it with Expression Encoder.
