    Hi,

Do you mean a 3rd party software stops the automatic Silverlight installation? If so it's not a Silverlight issue. You may ask the 3rd party software support for solution.

If I remove McAfee from the client, Silverlight is installed!

    I am satisfied that $ 1,000 and I have a Silverlight 5 MIS version !

    Microsoft has us all confused.

    Hi,

Normally if you get a Silverlight installer exe file you can run:

pathOfSilverlightExeFileHere /x:c:\temp /u to extract the files to c:\temp

In c:\temp you'll get the .msi version.

    Hi,

Could you clarify what problem did you encounter? From "not working" only  don't know what's wrong.

    1. What did you do?

    2. What error message did you get?
